Estimates & quotes

Written estimates provided by R&J Masonry are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope discussed at the walkthrough; changes to scope may change the price. We communicate any change before proceeding.

Workmanship guarantee

5-year workmanship guarantee on all new construction. This covers joint failure and settling attributable to our workmanship. It does not cover damage from ground movement, tree roots, impact, drainage changes made by others, or acts of nature.

Permits & compliance

We pull required permits and schedule inspections for work that requires them under local code. The property owner is responsible for any pre-existing code violations not related to our scope of work.

Weather delays

Masonry requires dry conditions to cure properly. We reserve the right to reschedule pour and set days due to weather. We communicate weather delays promptly and extend timelines accordingly.

Payment

A deposit secures your start date. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones. Final payment is due on walkthrough approval. Card payments may incur a processing fee.

Reviews

On-site reviews are moderated by R&J Masonry before publication. We reserve the right to decline reviews that are off-topic, contain profanity, or are not from a verifiable customer. Platform reviews (Google) are governed by that platform's terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed and the guarantee stated above. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or work performed by others.
