How fast can you start my project?
Spring through fall is peak season and the calendar fills. We typically start residential projects within 2–4 weeks of an approved estimate. Emergency repairs (trip hazards, failing walls) we prioritize same-week.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes — 5-year workmanship guarantee on all new construction. If a joint fails or a wall settles within that window, we fix it at no cost.
What happens if it rains during my project?
Mortar and concrete need dry conditions to cure properly. We watch the forecast and reschedule pour and set days — we won't set stone in the rain because it weakens the bond. We communicate every weather delay the day it happens and extend the timeline accordingly. We never rush a wet build.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. Retaining walls over 4 feet, structural wall rebuilds, and outdoor kitchens with gas or electric require permits. We pull them and schedule the inspections. Smaller patio and walkway builds usually don't need one, but we confirm with your city before we start.
What materials do you work with?
Oklahoma flagstone, limestone (honed and natural), clay brick pavers, fieldstone, travertine, segmental retaining wall block, CMU, and natural stone veneer. We match existing materials on repairs and source from local and reclaim yards for discontinued brick.
How do I pay?
We take a deposit to secure your start date, progress payments at agreed milestones, and final payment on walkthrough approval. We accept check, ACH, and card (card processing fee applies).
