When you submit a quote request, review, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, city, service needed, project details, and any photo you upload. On-site reviews also collect a star rating, review text, and a permission-to-publish checkbox.

How we use it

• To respond to your estimate request and schedule a walkthrough.
• To contact you about your project.
• To moderate and (with your permission) publish your on-site review.
• To improve our services and website.

Photos you upload

Quote-form photos are uploaded to permanent public storage so Jose can view your project; the URL is not shared publicly. Review photos you explicitly grant permission to publish are displayed on our public review wall.

Third-party reviews

We display aggregate ratings and reviews from Google. That platform has its own privacy policy governing your data when you leave a review there.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
